These MOLLE Panels are an add-on feature for the discontinued Scout 25L Panniers V2.0.

The MOLLE Panel gets sandwiched between the removable drybag and the mounting frame. This is a great place to store your water and extra fuel, or stash a MOLLE compatible multi-tool, a fixed blade knife, a hatchet, or a spade. 

MOLLE Pouches: add two Small 2L MOLLE Pouches, or 1 Large 4L MOLLE Pouch to the MOLLE Panel.
