Great for USPSA and 3Gun matches. Measure your waist. Take that number and go to the next size. If your waist measures 38 inches, order a 40-inch. If it measures 37 inches, order a 40-inch. The extra two inches are for the extra space from the inner belt, pouches and holster. If you follow this guideline it will not fail.
