The Cannon Rod Holder Deck Mount Plate is an adaptable 4"x3" plate that works with Cannon Dual Axis Rod Holders, pedestal mount tracks and downrigger pedestal mounts. Plates can be mounted in a variety of locations, and a protective mounting boot lets you avoid sharp edges.
